Treatment of sagging skin with high intensity focused ultrasound
HIFU (or High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a new non-invasive medical lifting technique that uses ultrasound and does not require surgery or needles.
Ultrasound can tighten skin tissue.
The ultrasound with the HIFU is used to create micro coagulation points at a controlled depth under the skin in the SMAS (Subcutaneous Muscular-Aponeurotic System) and the deep layers of the dermis.
In this area, the collagen will heat up to temperatures between 60° and 70°.
As a result, it becomes “denatured” and then gradually regenerates over several months, leading to a process of tissue regeneration from the deepest layers of the skin to the surface, resulting in the desired lifting effect.
The results are visible as early as the 2nd month and improve by the 4th month after the treatment:
contraction of the subcutaneous muscles
firming of the skin
smooth wrinkles
increase in skin density
Destruction and elimination of fat cells in fatty areas
